Covid-19 Pet Wash Policies

Governor Bullock has lifted the stay-at-home order beginning Sunday the 26th. Also, some non-essential businesses are allowed to re-open on Monday the 27th. Included among these are grooming salons! This also means that our pet washes will re-open!

We are very excited to see you and your pets again!

Although the phased reopening of our economy has begun, it is important to remember that Covid-19 has not gone away. This virus is something that our community, our nation, and our world will be fighting for quite some time. To assist in that fight, and as a condition of our reopening, we have to implement some new policies to protect our clients and our staff.

New Pet Wash Policies:

  • Only 1 family (1-2 people) at a time in our Grand Ave. pet wash. Only 2 families (3 people MAX with a tub in between) at a time in our West End pet wash.
  • We cannot allow customers to wait for their turn in our stores. You can leave us your cell number and we will call when the wash is clean and ready for you.
  • If you or anyone in your household is experiencing symptoms of Covid-19 or if you have traveled out of state in the last 14 days, please do not come to the pet wash. For reliable information on Covid-19 see the CDC’s information page:

These new policies are a change for all of us and we sincerely thank you for your patience while we get our system worked out! These changes are what will allow us to safely stay open so that we can continue to see you and your dogs on a regular schedule.

Our grooming salons will also be opening on the 27th! See this blog post for more details on our new salon policies:
