Meet the brothers Butterball and Marley, one-year-old Pomeranian/Chihuahua mixes, full of little-dog spunk and sass. They do NOT need to be placed together.
These boys are smart and are learning fast, but a new owner will have to be patient with them as they are rather shy of new situations. They are the perfect size to take on adventures and then cuddle onto your lap at night.
Butterball
Butterball is the longer coated of the two. He weighs about 17 pounds.
He wants to be someone’s buddy and will follow you and stick to you like glue. He would do best in a home with older kids or no kids as he does not like to be spooked, especially while taking a nap. He gets along great with dogs and cats and loves to play! He is so smart and would love to learn new things. He does suffer from a little separation anxiety but we are working with him and he is getting better.
Marley
Marley with the adorable ears! He weighs around 15 pounds.
This boy will play, play, play, take a nap, then want to play some more. He absolutely adores kids of all ages. It didn’t take long for him to wriggle in and adopt his foster family’s little boy as his. He usually seeks out kids over adults. He also loves other dogs and cats. He would love a home with buddies.
Both pups have issues with marking, so you will be adopting an 8-week-old’s potty attitude in your one-year-old pup. It would be best to treat them like a young puppy and start from scratch. They would both do best in homes where they will not be left alone for long periods of time.
They have been neutered, dewormed, microchipped, and are up to date on shots.
Adoption fee is $125 per dog. They are being fostered in Billings MT.
